The bottom line of promotion should not just be how it has been mara acting,mara age,mara length of stay these are all nonsense since they didn’t add up
Consider majorly academic qualification, performance in school and tpad, ability to demonstrate leadership and enhance academics qualifications most importantly
masters and post graduate degreesto score 50% then maybe 4 other measuring tools

Both senior school and primary school promotion should Move away from things such as,mara age,mara acting,mara length of stay these are all garbage
Instead consider academic qualification masters and post graduate degrees to be at 50% ,Tpad ability to demonstrate leadership skills learners performance etc
