April 16–18, 2025 : Face-to-face training of Trainers of Trainers (ToTs) at county-selected venues.

April 19, 2025 : Coordination of training sessions at sub-county and zonal levels.

April 21–25, 2025 : Final phase, where JSS teachers undergo subject-specific retooling at designated venues.
