1. 50 Marks for Intern Teachers

1. National Identification Card

2. TSC Registration Certificate

3. PTE Certificate

4. Evidence of UDPTE Completion (where applicable)

5. KCSE and KCPE Certificates (including resit attempts)

6. Primary and Secondary School Leaving Certificates

7. KNEC Certification Letter (where applicable)

8. National Council of Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) Card (if applicable)

9. Affidavit for Name Variance (if names differ across documents)

 

For Post-Primary School Teachers (JSS and Secondary)  

1. National Identification Card

2. TSC Registration Certificate

3. Diploma/Degree Certificate and Official Transcripts

4. KCSE and KCPE Certificates (including resit attempts)

5. Primary and Secondary School Leaving Certificates

6. KNEC Certification Letter (where applicable)

7. NCPWD Card (if applicable)

8. Affidavit for Name Variance (if names differ across documents)

 

Note: Serving intern teachers are only required to present their national identification cards during the verification process.  

What Happens After Verification?

Once the verification exercise is complete, TSC sub-county directors will compile a merit list of all applicants whose documents have been authenticated. This list will be made available to the public upon request, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
